This guide explains how to change your password and e-mail address in your account settings, as well as additional security measures. It also describes what to do if you forget your password or lose access to your e-mail.

Password change

Changing your password helps protect your account and is recommended on a regular basis, especially if you suspect unauthorized access.

Password change procedure

  • Go to your account settings.
  • Open Profile → Security.
  • Enter your current password.
  • Enter a new password.
  • Repeat the new password to confirm.
  • Save the changes.

Important information

  • The new password is applied immediately after saving.
  • You can continue using the account without re-login.
  • We do not check password complexity and do not require mandatory complex combinations.

Password requirements

When creating a new password, the following rules apply:

  • Cyrillic characters are not allowed.
  • Only the following characters are permitted: 0-9 A-Z a-z ! @ # $ % * _ ^ & * ( )
  • Minimum length — 4 characters.
  • Maximum length — 32 characters.
