If you forgot your password and lost access to e-mail

If you forgot your password and no longer have access to the e-mail linked to your account, automatic recovery is not possible.

In this case, you need to contact support:

robot@photo.travel

Account recovery procedure

After contacting support, we may request:

  • answers to your 2 security questions;
  • your PIN code;
  • identity confirmation via your specified social networks.

Account recovery is possible only if these security details were previously filled in your profile.
